WHY HOST AN ATTENDED DONATION CENTER?

Hosting an Attended Donation Center at your place of business
turns Goodwill’s donors into your potential customers.

And it sends a strong and positive message about your
commitment to strengthening the community.

Reusable goods donated to Goodwill are the lifeblood of programs that help more than 3100 people build independence in the Inland Northwest each year.

The household items and apparel are sold in our 12 regional retail stores.

Out of every dollar we take in, 85¢ funds our programs that assist motivated people with disabilities and disadvantages through training, employment, and education.

For the convenience of donors, Goodwill Industries maintains freestanding trailers at sites throughout the communities we serve.  Trained Goodwill employees collect the items for transporting to one of our regional processing centers.

If your business would like to explore hosting an Attended Donation Center (ADC), please contact our ADC Supervisor at (509) 838-4246 in Spokane.

  • Installation and monthly utility fees,
if applicable, are paid by Goodwill.

  • Clean white trailer with professionally
    painted lettering.

  • Goodwill employees maintain the ADC’s appearance and do not allow goods to accumulate around the trailer.

  • ADC attendants are trained to provide
    excellent customer service to donors.

  • Goodwill staff monitor ADC sites regularly
    for ongoing quality assurance.

When a new Attended Donation Center opens, Goodwill lets the neighborhood and community know through such means as direct mail, store flyers and ads.

We appreciate the support of the many businesses who host our ADC's.

Please consider doing so!
