How Else Can You Participate in Workforce Development?

Goodwill has additional opportunities for local businesses to make a difference in the futures of people entering or reentering the workforce:

  • Host a young adult (17-21) for a Day on the Job, giving the young person a
real-world glimpse of your industry, job requirements, and career opportunities.

  • Participate in National Disability Mentoring Day  (October).

  • Serve as a community-based assessment, training, or work experience site--at no cost to your organization.
